2025 Roles
We ask all members to contribute by taking on leadership or contribution positions. Bubbles work hard and play hard; we get our hands as dirty as possible. Your efforts will be appreciated by your family and party goers across the playa!
Below is a list of ideas for how you can contribute. A '*' indicates a crucial role that warrants an allocated ticket through camp.
This list is not exhaustive and does not include lead roles already filled by returning campers. If you have a way to contribute that you don’t see listed below, please add it to your application. If you have an interest in multiple roles, let us know that too!
Time Commitment ⏱️
Many roles require a time commitment outside of the burn itself – here is the legend and corresponding dates. Next to each title, we’ve noted whether any of these time commitments apply (outside of regular burn), and if it is required or preferred. Please apply with these in mind!
Deputy Roles
In 2025 we will continue to have a few "deputies" for major camp roles, which could count as a contribution role or be done in addition to another responsibility. Deputies will help the lead with all tasks and duties (some parts more active, some shadowing), with the intention to learn the ropes and take on the role in 2025 or beyond. This is a great way to get exposure to the workings of camp and ramp up to something that otherwise could seem daunting - come learn!

Camp doesn't happen with leads alone. Contributors (at least half of us!) ensure our camp runs smoothly and are critical to ongoing operations.
